■ About cancellation fees

Cancellation fees vary depending on how many days before the reservation date.

21 days ago: 10%

14 days ago: 20%

7 days ago: 30%

The day before: 50%

On the day: 100%

*A cancellation fee will be charged even if you change your reservation.
*Reservations will be accepted as soon as you contact us, so please be sure to contact us if you wish to change or cancel your reservation.
*If you cancel without contacting us, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation.
*Staying at Yojokan is a set fee.
Please note that if you leave during your stay, the remaining fees will not be refunded.
